KW Consultancy & Training Ltd., formerly operating
as Ken Webster Consultancy and Training has been an independent training
organisation since May 2000 in the United Kingdom. In excess of 98% of
those trained have rated the trainers as either very good or excellent

A study of police based restorative cautioning pilots in
Northern Ireland recently published by the Northern Ireland Office, commented
on the training as follows:
"Evaluations of the training were, without exception,
highly positive. It was described as exhausting, enjoyable, great benefit,
practical, participative, realistic, safe, honest, "the best course
I've been on". The trainers came from outside the police and this
helped students to speak freely about their anxieties".

safe learning environment, at times intense, was extremely well handled."

"The only course I have ever done in 5 days
which I looked forward to each day and am sorry it is ending. I thoroughly

a way that didn't detract from the 'fun' element."
D.M., Community Worker
"An excellent opportunity with excellent training,
trainers and training group. The course was perfect for healing of broken

itself. It is so reassuring to know that the Restorative Justice training
here is being provided by such skilled, well-informed and impartial trainers

some of the problems I have unknowingly carried for 20 years and I can
see the value of allowing and encouraging people to be comfortable about
discussing the problems that concern them."
